Order Process flow

1. You may place an order for products by adding them to cart and Checkout.
2. Standard products that are available in stock can be purchased by cart.
3. The client shall click on the Payment Gateway issued by 3rd Party Payment partners to pay.
4. We accept payments using Credit / Debit Cards, Internet Banking, or Wallets.
5. Once the payment is done, Sreetex shall process the order and dispatch the products / services.
6. Cash on Delivery orders will be processed after your pincode is verified and serviceable. We will intimate the same upon confirmation.

7. For Preorder products viz. furniture, home solar power system, modular kitchen, etc, you can place an order by clicking "Enquire now". Our team will contact you to further proceed with your order
8. Once the custom order is placed, the product details, specifications along with Pro-forma invoice and payment details shall be sent to the client.

Delivery terms

• For standard products: Products will be dispatched within 2 working days. AWB and tracking no. by logistics partner will be produced to the client.
• For custom-made furniture: Products will be dispatched within 10-20 working days (depending on the product). AWB and tracking no. by logistics partner will be produced to the client.
• For Solar Power products: Products will be dispatched within 10 working days. AWB and tracking no. by logistics partner will be produced to the client.
• For Solar Power solution (including Installation & Commissioning): Products will be dispatched within 10 working days. Installation & Commissioning of the system will be completed within 10 working days after delivery.
