Cancellation/Exchange policy

Cancellation Policy

The client may cancel the order BEFORE the product is dispatched. Client shall bear cancellation fee.
If the product is already dispatched, then the client shall arrange for return of the products to the company within 5 days. In addition, client shall bear forward/return shipping charges and cancellation fee.
Cancellation of custom made products are not applicable.
Transaction charges / bank charges shall be borne by the client.

Any discrepancy with product shall be informed within 2 days from date of receipt of products.
Exchanges will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Your exchange request should be sent by email to contact@sreetex.in within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
The product should then be delivered back to Sreetex within 3 days of receipt of the same.
Exchange is eligible only after the receipt of the product in tact with all original packing, cover, box, in unused, un worn condition.
Client may choose to exchange the same item or different variant of higher price, wherein the difference in price and forward shipping charge is to be borne by client.
Exchange/Return of custom made products are not applicable.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Sreetex holds all rights to take decision regarding the condition of returned goods and the same shall be final.
